Blog EntryTravel Factor Advisory 06/26/2008Jun 26, '08 3:26 AM
for everyone
Part I.
We would like to inform our dear readers that the 2 Travel Factor groups who went on tour last weekend are safe. Group 1 led by Leia Nagal with total of 6 participants "enjoyed" being stranded in Siquijor and took the time to relax. Group 2 led by Tikoy Tan with total of 32 participants were able to camp at the nearby Coron island instead of the original plan of staying at Busuanga area. Both groups were able to reach their homes in Manila safely.

Thank you for the thoughtful text messages we received during the weekend.

---
Part II.
Upcoming group tours (June - July) will still push-thru as scheduled:
Pinatubo Fun Climb on June 28
UBBE Calaguas + Surfvivor Bagasbas on July 12 - 13
      Akyat Sagada July 25 - 27

Travel Factor will monitor the weather closely. In case there's a need to postpone the trip due to bad weather, we will notify all participants ONE (1) Day before the trip. However, trips will not be cancelled even if it's raining here in Manila. Trips will push-thru as long as weather condition in the target destination is good and roads are safe for travel.

Please check our Calendar for updated schedules.

---
Part III.
We would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed replies on Special Package Tours inquiries. Rest assured, we are continously doing our best to improve our services. As an immediate fix to our back logs, we have deviced a scheme for the month of July wherein inquiries are prioritized according to travel date specified (regardless of destination).

For Travel Dates scheduled on
July -  you will receive a reply from us between June 26 - July 4
August to September - you will receive a reply from us between July 7 - July 15
October to December - you will receive a reply from us between July 16 - July 23

The above scheme is applicable to all emails received on/before June 26, 2008. Please note that we still welcome new email inquiries. We promised to reply to every single email in due time.

Hope you can bear with us.

---
Part IV.
For inquiries regarding group tours and special tours, it is still best to send an email to

travel.factor@gmail.com

Private Messages sent to our multiply account may not be handled correctly. But everyone is invited to post questions at

http://thetravelfactor.multiply.com/journal/item/67/Question_and_Answer_Portion

Our hotline numbers are ideally intended to be available 24/7. However, there are many instances that we don't have signal when on tour. Also, please be advised that these numbers may not respond to text messages but would entertain incoming calls.

0922-8864480 (Tikoy Tan) and 0923-3563049 (Leia Nagal)
